Dr. Winston Wallace
Dr. Winston Wallace has been a zealous provider and advocate in the human service field for over two decades. He first began in the field in the year 2000 as a per diem Direct Support Professional, over the ensuing years he rose from a direct care level of service to lower management positions, to middle management. He also provided services as a clinician before assuming the role of upper management. Dr. Wallace has served with several of the major service providers in New York City, Georgia, and Pennsylvania.
Dr. Wallace has earned five degrees all within the field of human services (AS, BA, MA, MS, Ph.D.), and is currently a Doctor of Psychology. Dr. Wallace has had extensive training in the clinical arena, he has worked with New York City Department of Corrections where he completed psychological screenings for candidates for employment as officers. Dr. Wallace has also worked with a plethora of populations such as juveniles, youths with emotional/behavioral issues, adults diagnosed with IDD/Autism, as well as the dually diagnosed. Dr. Wallace is a clinical consultant, instructor, and provides consultation on program evaluations for organizations
As the Executive Director, Dr. Wallace is committed to creating an organizational culture of competency, empathy, and integrity. Dr. Wallace leads a team of professionals that are dedicated to the values and missions of the organization, he strives to create a conduit by which the underserved are recognized and provided opportunities and resources to live a life of purpose and meaning.
